Scent Descriptions

• Eucalyptus- a breath of fresh air with a delightful blend of earthiness, cool freshness, and a sweet minty undertone.
• Frankincense- earthy, woody, piney, or balsamic, and at the same time soft, sweet, and citrusy.
• Lavender- floral, herbal, and evergreen woodsy at the same time.
• Peppermint- intensely minty.

How each oil works:

• eucalyptus oil works by bringing a cold or warm sensation that takes your mind off the pain.
• Frankincense may reduce cortisol, the stress hormone, in the body, thereby reducing inflammation and pain. Inflammation may be the root of fatigue, and Frankincense may help. 
• Lavender- This oil is best to use for calming the mind. It soothes out the pain when massaged properly.
• Peppermint- peppermint with lavender oil is also a great way to help your body relax and reduce muscle pain.
